Inspired by the cozy charm of fall, this impromptu dinner took place “in the orchard” — our backyard, reimagined. With apple-red accents, laughter, and women gathered in community, it became a night to remember.

The evening began with a new favorite tablecloth that sparked the whole design. We built the table with our go-to staples — layered textures, warm neutrals, and flickering candlelight — creating a scene that felt both timeless and seasonal.

Our table was filled with women from my mom’s longtime volunteer group — wise, joyful, and full of stories. The night’s question, “What is one piece of wisdom you’ve received that you keep coming back to?”, opened conversations about motherhood, tradition, and grace. Proof that with one good question, you always find more to love about the people you already know.
